3.5 years ago my life changed when a full size SUV ran a red light at a high rate of speed, totaling my Range Rover and leaving me with serious and substantial injuries. Not understanding how their heavily advertised/billboard and call center based system works, I contacted 411 Pain and was referred to one of their lawyers. After more than 2 years of no progress whatsoever on my case, I am so grateful that a friend of mine who is an experienced (33 years) litigator -referred me to attorney John Fischer. I should also say that during the more than two years I was with the 411Pain-referred law firm they did not even request my medical records, let alone file a lawsuit on my behalf. Basically they had done nothing! On my friends advice, I got the first available appointment with John Fischer and he took the time to explain everything in detail. John Fischer, his associate attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries were amazing not only in their responsiveness to my questions and concerns but went over and above and out of the way to make my involvement in the litigation as painless and efficient as possible, keeping me advised along the way of any developments and explaining what the next steps would be. What I didn't understand before my litigator friend explained it to me is that insurance companies react very differently to demands/claims based on who the plaintiff’s attorney is - those who claim to be injury trial lawyers and those like John Fischer who is extremely successful, aggressive, proven, and known to be always ready, wiling and able to go to trial for his clients if need be. Just based on his reputation alone State Farm more than doubled their offer. After a relatively short period of time John was able to negotiate even more money and obtain the amazing results I had hoped for. It just goes to show that there's nothing more important than a lawyer's reputation for competency and effectiveness when it comes to choosing a personal injury attorney. Reviews for professionals are a tricky thing; one really never knows who to trust and what is fluff. John Fischer lets his results speak for themselves (not tacky billboards) he has a national and international status as a leading plaintiff's attorney who isn't afraid to litigate. ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Very unprofessional!! The intake employee named Peter decided it would be ok for him to just go on holiday and not communicate get back to me having me wait for almost one week and I was the one who had to keep reaching out, he didn’t even bother to get back to me. Wasting my timeline and energy VERY unprofessional and was even rude to me on the phone as well! They don’t deserve even one star !! YIKES DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE !!
