This is the BEST law firm EVER!!!! Josselyn was an awesome person to work with. I had my car accident 08/2023 and she made sure i was taken care of, made sure all the doctors were the best doctors in town, and any questions or concerns they were addressed immediately. There a very professional and caring office, there goal is was best for the clients and the end result was a blessing. I recommend them to anybody that needs help… I am very happy and grateful i chose them to represent me..

Gimenez and Carrillo were great! They assisted me every step of the way with my case and they were very kind. Josselyn and Romy would communicate with me about every little thing on my case and they were very professional. I also met with the attorney on my case and he was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me.

I regretfully hired Gimenez & Carrillo to represent my husband and I after being involved in a car accident. They should get negative stars if it was possible. From the beginning they were hard to reach, sometimes taking several days to get a response or an update on our case. They also had information pertaining to our case two months ago that they never shared with us, I can only assume that it was to profit from it. After having so many issues, my husband was able to schedule a virtual meeting with the lawyer in charge of our case on a Monday at 10:30 AM. My husband skipped work that day to make sure he was available to attend the meeting. He was told the lawyer was in another meeting that was taking longer and could not attend the scheduled meeting (very unprofessional, since it had been confirmed a week before) and that he would reach out as soon as the meeting was over. My husband waited by the phone the entire day, making follow up calls approximately every 2 hours and would always get the same answer: the other meeting was not over yet. Finally, around 4:30 pm the lawyer attended the phone call, he was misinformed in various details of the case or at least information that contradicted what we had been informed so far. He requested from us that we give him three more days to work on our case checking some things they had previously missed checking (yes, that’s right they missed checking everything they were hired for) and said he was confident he could get a somewhat good resolution for us. After a week of not hearing from them we called again, and they told us that they no longer handled our case. No other explanations were given, even though we have been trying to get in touch with them again, we get contradictory excuses each time, like that the person attending our case no longer works with the company, or she’s out on vacation, or that someone else (not present at the time, of course) is handling our case or that they no longer represent us. I hope someone investigates their practice and their handling of their business. Deceiving customers, misrepresenting them and malpractice of the law should be properly investigated and be held legally accountable. Even if none of that occurs, at least someone else seeking counsel will see this review and stay away from them.

I was Super Over whelm of the Honesty of this Office after my settlement was agreed on . Due to insurance changes some monies was held , after 3yrs later and I totally forgot “ I got a call from Josalyn .. Thank u guys for your Commitment and Honesty 🙏🏾💪🏾❤️
