From the moment I called his office I was able to talk to Mr Gonzalez. He took time out of his busy schedule to explain the case and what would be the steps that need to be taken. He is very patient, kind, and respectful. Yet, he will defend his clients very aggressively to ensure that they are not taken advantage of. It was a pleasure to watch him be so respectful to the judges (He is a true gentleman), but it was a delight to watch him fiercely pin down the opposing counsel. Spoke with Ariel a Paralegal at firm and was extremely helpful an informative about fraud and due process of credit card companies in reference to recuperating funds charged.
