I appreciate the work this law office initially provided on my case; however, I have experienced ongoing issues with communication. Despite multiple attempts to receive updates and close out my case, I have not received timely responses or confirmation that the matter has been concluded. My concern is not with the legal work itself, but with the lack of follow-up and clarity regarding the status of my file. I value professionalism and responsiveness in legal representation, and I hope the office will take this feedback constructively to improve communication with future clients. Respectfully, I do not recommend this law office.

I have an interesting/difficult case that I’m having a hard time with. ILP was the only firm that gave me the time of day and information that I needed. If I had more precedent to move forward with my case I would absolutely choose them to represent me. Unfortunately that’s not the case, but I wouldn’t even know that if they didn’t take the time to help as much as they could. Mustafa, with client relations, is wonderful. Thank you!
