Josh Pacey Neuman, Esq.

Josh Pacey Neuman concentrates all his time on using his extensive knowledge and experience in the Insurance Law field to provide necessary legal representation. 

He continues to practice in many areas of law, specifically personal injury and first-party property insurance litigation, focused on helping homeowners, drivers, and business owners against insurance companies.

Joshua uses his litigation experience, skills and knowledge, to help facilitate and get the compensation and financial recovery his clients deserve under their policy.

Mr. Neuman, a Miami, Florida native, earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Studies from Touro College South before obtaining his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

During law school, he was very active in providing Pro Bono representation at the Miami Health Rights Clinic where he worked with clients to provide personalized care and advocacy in obtaining various social security benefits. He also worked in the Health Rights Veterans Program in securing veterans benefits for those in need.
