He has at all times been professional, kind and caring and I would strongly recommend him to everyone. I always received a timely response with complete explanations until i fully understood the situation. His entire staff is exceptional and friendly. I contacted Brad Kaplan and his team after being a passenger in a severe car accident. As I was recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury it was difficult for me to interact with others. Brad was so kind and patient throughout everything. He went above and beyond so I always felt safe, understood, and like someone was watching out for me. His guidance was exceptional—comforting for me and reassuring for my family. He’s a top notch attorney and a top notch human being--compassionate, forthright, knowledgeable. He called/emailed/met with me directly, listened attentively, and repeated or clarified things as I needed as I recovered from my TBI.
