After a 39-year career in civil trial practice Kenneth Bush began transitioning to a full-time mediation practice. Over the course of his trial practice, Ken has handled many hundreds of litigated matters, including more than 100 jury trials as lead counsel. His experience includes representing both plaintiff and defendant in hundreds of tort cases ranging from catastrophic injury and death, to soft tissue injury, for the past 25 years primarily representing patients and their families in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits arising from medical malpractice. Similarly, Ken has litigated numerous automobile negligence, premises liability, negligent security, products liability and insurance disputes. Kenneth J. Bush, P.A. Will only book one mediation per day, so the whole day is available.
