I’m writing this review out of deep frustration and disappointment with The Law Office of Jorge Cueto P.A. My experience with this firm was marked by consistent negligence, disorganization, and what I can only describe as a complete lack of accountability. What should have been a relatively straightforward process involving a vehicle repair was dragged out for months due to their mishandling of my case. From the beginning, communication was unreliable and unprofessional. I had multiple interactions with Ana, who repeatedly failed to follow through on her promises to send critical emails, despite confirming my contact information more than once. Her time management and information retention were shockingly poor. Even after multiple detailed conversations—some just hours before key moments—she was completely unprepared when speaking to the insurance adjuster. She didn’t have the basic facts of the case, even though I had taken the time to prepare her and asked directly if she was taking notes because I had already noticed she wasn’t retaining details. Because of their delays and lack of diligence, I ended up in a weaker position when dealing with the insurance company—forced to advocate for myself after realizing this law office had no real intention of doing so effectively. I ultimately had to seek assistance from another attorney and take matters into my own hands just to get any movement on my case. To make matters worse, I was forced to come out of pocket to pay for parts of the vehicle repair myself, while the law office still managed to collect from the insurance settlement. It’s hard not to see that they were primarily focused on securing their cut, rather than actually representing my interests. Their cooperation with the clinic involved in my case also raised red flags—frankly, it felt shady, as if there was a pre-arranged agreement between them that prioritized their own benefit over mine. This firm failed me at every turn. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with your case. In my opinion, their lack of professionalism and dedication borders on malpractice. And honestly, seeing all these glowing reviews makes me question their authenticity—I genuinely fail to see how anyone could feel so positively about the way this firm conducts business.
