I hadn't thought about Mr Heller for years. Somebody called me up about an arrest in South Florida in 1988. In which Peter Heller defended me Case was dismissed and I came back to New York. Their record keeping must be very poor in South Florida. Because all the details were incorrect. The bottom line is if you need a good criminal attorney call this man I remember him to be honest forthright and caring

I had the unfortunate pleasure of needing a criminal attorney and Peter Heller was referred to me. Peter Heller is not only a fierce advocate for his client, he also embodies everything good and decent in a human being. He shepherded me through the process flawlessly. What was a difficult and traumatic time in my life he assured me everything would work out, and it did. He could’ve charged me anything, and I would’ve paid it. He knew that. Yet not only was he more than fair I think he almost felt guilty accepting my money. He was worth every penny and then some. I sincerely want to express how grateful I am with Attorney Mr. Heller. He negotiated my son’s case to the best of the ability of the law. My son will get another chance at his life. I honestly thought I may never see him have another chance to do that with the changes on his case. I knew he wasn’t guilty to all the charges, there were other circumstances, but it was a minimum of a VERY lot of years. I was devastated. But in the end I believe my son has grown from the experience realizing it may have saved his life and now getting another chance at a life before he gets too old. It has given me another chance to have a fuller, happier life if my son can now be a part of it. Mr. Heller was always polite to me. Called me back right away or text, kept me informed and negotiated the best deal possible my son could of gotten. I highly recommend him! So thankful! Thanksgiving will be good this year!
