I have endured a long, long battle with Immigration, and I am happy and excited to announce that I now have my green card in my hand.
I owe a deep gratitude to Alex Barak, our lawyer, who fought so hard for us and never gave up in our years of battling for my right to live in the USA.
I tried to do a simple marriage case with my wife without a lawyer, but we were not equipped to handle it by ourselves. Never do it alone. Hire a well-known Immigration lawyer.
Disaster struck while my marriage case was pending. I was falsely arrested by an ICE agent on a train. I guess I was racially targeted. I was placed in deportation even though I had an open and pending marriage case with the USCIS. The Government lawyers did not seem to care about the law, and my lawyer Alex Barak locked horns with them, fighting for my rights in a multi-year battle. The USCIS was not interested in following the law. Even the Judge was not following the law.

Marko Milic1 StarI highly do not recommend this attorney. He has recently ruined my marriage case. I have to start the process all over due to his obvious and very simple mistake on my application and for that he has asked for the additional attorney fees that are as high as if I were going to retain him again. If you were asked to stop by his office for consultation or to prepare for the USCIS interview you will probably be hearing how great he is at his job or best in the industry, but after all it is just a talk with no proven record. There are other better and more affordable attorneys that will save you time and money. Please do not waste your time listening to the praise of how good he is and how his services go far beyond and above. I have personally been there and no one truly cares or knows him in the field. Polly, his assistant, is wonderful and a very helpful woman. Just one last piece of advice for the attorney from me, if I were you I would either retire or change the profession. For instance, Starbucks may be a better place to deceive customers through talks you give, even though I'm not certain whether you will be hired or retain after they learn more about your work ethics.Wednesday 30th October 2024
