* By submitting payment to hire, the Client, retains and employs the Moshe Rubinstein Law Firm, PA ( dba Moshe Law) to represent them. The fee paid is non-refundable, and excludes fines and court costs, if any, which can exceed the price of the ticket, for which the client shall remain solely liable. Client understands that this fee is fully earned immediately, is nonrefundable and is not based on an hourly fee. Our fee does not include any appeals. No representation has been made to the client concerning the probability of success as to their case. The client also acknowledges and understands that he/she retained the Moshe Law and no representations have been made regarding which attorney at the firm shall represent them. Further, Moshe Law may substitute another experienced attorney not associated with the firm to represent the client.

The client authorizes, Moshe Law to represent them in this matter, and to either maintain a not guilty plea or enter a no contest plea on the client’s behalf at Moshe Law’s discretion.

In some counties, attorney appearances are permitted by video conference, mail or by phone. Client understands that if this situation arises, our attorney may choose to exercise that option.

It is the sole responsibility of the client to keep Moshe Law informed of any changes to their personal information, including, but not limited to, address, telephone number & email address.

Any financial liabilities incurred due to the client failing to inform Moshe Law of the aforementioned changes, shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

No points does not apply to accident with injury cases, any case that requires a mandatory court appearance.

No school is dependent on the charge and the client’s record.

Fees are based on the representations of the Client. Should the actual charges, dates, counties, or other information differ from said representations, Moshe Law may, at its option, withdraw from the case, charge an additional fee, or both. In either case, there will be no refund.
