Perry & Neblett was very efficient in my case! Even when we hit a snag with Covid-19 and all cases were put on hold due to this world change. I was still receiving updates as they were working from home and getting my case in court as soon as possible. My case was even moved forward from the date that was giving. This is a great team of knowledgeable individuals and working together makes a positive impact on getting case(s) won!! I am very pleased to share that my experience with Perry and Neblett was excellent. This was my first experience with a lawsuit, suing my home owner’s insurance company for underpaid damages due to a fire at my residence. David Neblett, Jack Wynn, and their entire team were great to work with. They helped educate me and were very patient and generous with their time as they helped me understand the process and successfully resolved the case. We reached a settlement at mediation that was over double the amount of what I considered the minimum amount to settle. I was very impressed at their skills and capacity to settle the case. This has been a 3 1/2 year ordeal and I am very satisfied with the way they successfully resolved the case at mediation.
