The Bennett Law Center

Scott B. Bennett is an attorney with almost 30 years of experience specializing in personal injury. He founded the Bennett Law Center in 2010 and has guided its growth over the last several years.

Scott is a native South Floridian who is fluent in both English and Spanish. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree when he graduated from the University of Miami. He then enrolled at the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated at the top of his class. Scott began his legal career upon entering the Florida Bar in 1991. Scott’s long history in the South Florida community has allowed him to develop many long standing personal and professional relationships. Scott’s upbringing in South Florida also inculcated in him a strong desire to always adamantly and passionately advocate for his clients who are usually those most in need. Scott has a sterling record in the South Florida legal community and has won numerous million dollar settlements for his clients which has earned Scott membership to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Scott has also been distinguished by his peers with an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®. This is the highest possible rating obtainable from Martindale-Hubbell® and represents the “highest level of professional excellence.” Scott is always prepared to continue to put his experience and history of excellence to serve his clients.

Scott has also gained admission to the United States District Court for Southern District Court of Florida and is a member of the U.S. Federal Trial Bar.
