Wow, it is an understatement. Katrina Pena, awesome! I reached out for assistance with a matter regarding my vehicle. I couldn't get anywhere with the claims adjuster, as they did not want to take responsibility for damages caused by their client. I reached out to another law office that referred me to The Collision Law Center, and I'm so glad they did! I spoke with Katrina one day and presented my case, and I kid you not, I had a response the very next day with a settlement from the claims adjuster to resolve the matter. I have been working with Katrina and Craig for the past 9 months and they operate fantastically. Every client I have sent their way has never said anything bad about them. They work to make their client's happy. From my understanding, they have a smooth process which yields great results without requiring their clients to do a lot of work on their end. They help clients recover for the loss in value of their car after an accident. If a car is worth $10k and after an accident the car is worth $7k, they try to help recover the diminished value of the $3k.
