Phillip A. Ortiz and his legal team were amazing. My case was ugly and complex, to say the least and Mr. Ortiz took it on confidently without any hesitation. Mr. Ortiz remained committed and dedicated to my case throughout the entire process. Although there were times in the beginning where our ideals, approach, and views were not in accordance, Mr. Ortiz always remained patient with me and sought to provide me with the best information and full understanding of the law. Mr. Ortiz provides a very intimate relationship with his clients, he is extremely informative, knowledgeable, professional and was always able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I don’t write many reviews but whenever I have an exceptional experience I make sure to write something in thanks. I could not have been happier with The Firm in the handling of my insurance case. I had many concerns going into the process but Chris answered every question I had. He handled the entire process with professionalism and I never had to follow up with him, he was always ahead of the game and when you ate dealing with a long process that is key. In the end Chris and Phillip did everything they promised and more and I feel lucky to have found a law firm that respects my time and gets results.
