This is the lawyer you turn to when big insurance companies fill you with fear and tell you. “You don’t have a case” I was in front of the judge during mediation and she said you might have to represent yourself. I was driving one day and saw Thompson Legal on a bench I couldn’t have been more grateful for that little advertisement. I explained the case they were BLUNTLY honest about the difficulties and took me anyway. Steve himself and Stephanie fought on my behalf relentlessly and did not falter in any fashion you want a team that will always make time for your case questions and concerns a team that’ll make insurance companies want to settle look no further.

I had the unfortunate need to work with a personal injury attorney, and I must say that my experience with Attorney Steven Thompson was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, I felt let down and frustrated with the services provided by this attorney. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. It seemed like I was always the one reaching out for updates on my case, rather than the attorney proactively keeping me informed. There were numerous occasions where I had to leave multiple messages or send multiple emails before receiving any response. This lack of communication left me feeling neglected and unsure about the progress of my case. Additionally, the level of professionalism displayed by Attorney Steven Thompson was far below my expectations. There were instances where the attorney seemed unprepared during our phone calls often forgetting important details about my case or mixing up crucial information. It was evident that they hadn't taken the time to thoroughly review my file, which made me question their dedication to my case. Furthermore, the legal advice provided by Attorney Steven Thompson was subpar. I expected a knowledgeable and experienced attorney who would guide me through the legal process and provide expert advice. However, I often found myself having to research basic legal concepts and procedures on my own, as the attorney failed to adequately explain things or answer my questions in a satisfactory manner. It was frustrating to feel like I was doing most of the work myself. Lastly, and most importantly, the outcome of my case was extremely disappointing. Despite providing all the necessary information and evidence, Attorney Steven Thompson was unable to secure a favorable settlement or achieve a satisfactory resolution. It felt like my case was not given the attention and effort it deserved, and I was left with a sense of frustration and injustice. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against hiring Attorney Steven Thompson as a personal injury attorney. The lack of communication, unprofessionalism, inadequate legal advice, and unsatisfactory outcome were all major letdowns. It is crucial to choose an attorney who will prioritize your case and provide the level of service and expertise you expect during such a challenging time. Unfortunately, I did not find that with Attorney Thompson.
